Privacy Policy

Last updated September 14, 2026

Fantasy Fantasy Football is a personal project for running NFL pick’em and similar pools among friends. It is not a business, it sells nothing, and it has no advertising. This policy describes exactly what it stores and why.

What is collected

When you sign in. Sign-in is handled by Google, Discord, or a link emailed to you, through Supabase Auth. This app receives and stores your email address, the display name and avatar the provider gives it, and an internal account id. It never sees or stores your password.

What you do in the app. The leagues you create or join, the picks you make, and the resulting scores.

Feedback you choose to send. If you use the notebook button to report a problem, the app stores your message along with the screen you were on, the page address, your browser window size, your browser’s user-agent string, and a random identifier for the device. This is only recorded when you write a note and press send.

What is not collected. No advertising or analytics trackers, no third-party cookies, no location data, no payment details, and no contact list. There is no tracking of you across other websites.

Where it is stored

In a Supabase Postgres database hosted in the United States, and served by Vercel. Those two providers process data on this app’s behalf. Public NFL schedule and score data comes from nflverse, which receives no information about you.

How it is used

To run the thing: sign you in, show your leagues, score your picks, and fix problems you report. That is the whole list. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone for marketing, and it is not used to train anything.

Who can see it

Other members of a league you join can see your display name, your entries, and—only after a game has kicked off—the picks you made in it. Picks are hidden from everyone else until the moment their game starts; that rule is enforced by the database itself, not by the app screens.

Feedback notes are readable only by the app’s operator.

How long it is kept

League and pick data is kept while your account exists, because a league’s history is the point of a league. Feedback notes are kept until they have been acted on and then indefinitely as a record of what was fixed.

Deleting your data

Email chucksef@gmail.com and ask. Your account and everything attached to it will be deleted, normally within a few days. There is no form to fill in and no retention period to wait out. Note that deleting your account removes your entries from leagues you were in, which will change their standings.

Cookies

One kind only: the session cookie that keeps you signed in. There are no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, so there is no consent banner to click through. The app also uses your browser’s local storage to hold unsent feedback notes and small preferences; that never leaves your device unless you send the note.

Children

This app is not directed at children under 13 and accounts are not knowingly created for them.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected or who can see it, the date at the top changes and anyone with an account will be told by email.
